Good hair day

On the way home from work today I sat down on the uptown 1 train and saw this: blue ombré hair with a Betty Paige bang. How can you get more amazing?? Not to mention the bad-ass neck jewels. I wish I had told her she rocked... I wasn't a total puss, she had earphones in.
